Symmetrical designs

I'm delighted that two boys came to show me their maths work where they were solving symmetrical patterns in maths today.

Both children chose their challenge today. I set them a tricky Year 6 challenge and they were able to solve that too! Fabulous understanding.

Chickens hatch at Crochet club


Crochet club is physically heaving with children busy making things from wool. Nina has created both the nest and chick during the short time she has been attending each week. I'm very impressed.

Have just seen Hope's animation that she has made in after school club using Lego movie.
